DURATION: 90 DAYS (CLASSWORK AND PRACTICALS AT SITE)
This course is mainly focused for Fresh Engineering/Diploma graduates as nowadays, it has become a big problem for fresher’s to have practical knowledge on-site during their graduation students generally focus on their academics and semester subjects and they are unable to correlate the academics to practical knowledge. Hence with regard to this we omega cadd training institute has started an Internship programme to overcome this problem and also to provide insight and bright knowledge on Practical on site construction activities.
Omega cadd has a team of Expertise faculty who have gained lot of experience on site as well as in Construction/Project Management, Target students of this course is primarily the Engineering graduates and however, anyone who wants to leverage the power of Construction industry in his career may join this course.
Course Includes:

QUANTITY SURVEYING:
It deals with Estimating the cost of the project for the given set of Architectural and Structural Drawing.
It indicates the amount of work to be done under each item, which when priced per unit of work gives the amount of cost of that particular item.

RATE ANALYSIS
In order to determine the rate of a particular item, the factors affecting the rate of that item are studied carefully and then finally, a rate is decided for that item. This process of determining the rate of an item is termed as the analysis of rate or Rate analysis. Rate analysis includes the calculations of Labour, Materials, and Machinery of the activities in the project. This will be done through the Standard Data book and SSR (Standard Schedule of Rates) book from government departments.
